On September 25, 1964 Bob Gladieux carried the ball 15 times for 149 yards and reached the Beatty's Sports Gear Up For Football Seasonendzone 4 different times to lead the Leopards past the Leetonia Bears 66-0 on the road.  Gladieux scored on runs of 3, 66, 14, and 2.  Three of those runs came in the first half which saw the Leopards build a 44-0 lead on their Tri-County League opponents.

The Leopards offense racked up 368 of their 494 yards of offense on the ground.  Chuck Ehlers also carried the ball for two touchdowns, and Jeff Sigler and Tom Chlebeck also ran in touchdowns for the Leopards.  Altogether Chlebeck had 7 carries for 97 yards and Louisville gained 20 first downs as a team.  The Leopards only other touchdown came on a 68 yard first quarter pass from Duane Houser to Ehlers.

Defensively Louisville held Leetonia to just 41 yards of offense and 4 first downs as the Leopards defense produced one of their seven shutouts on the season.
