Louisville Drops Road Contest Vs. Lake – Boys Lacrosse

The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team fell to the host Lake Blue Streaks 20-11 at Lake Blue Streaks Stadium Friday Evening. With the loss, Louisville falls to an even 1-1 on the season.
Sean McKinney scored a team-high 5 goals and tallied an assist to lead the Leopards. Jordan Mack also finished with a Hat Trick to go along with 2 assists for Louisville. Other goal scorers included Zach Burkhardt, Matt Swigert, and Bradley Terra.
Terra also led the defense by forcing 4 turnovers. Burkhardt and Nate Hostetler also fielded a team-high 7 ground balls and Louis Johnson also recorded 5 ground balls.
The Blue Streaks (1-1) were led by Matt Anderson who scored a game-high 6 goals. Alek Kungle also scored 5 goals to go along with a game-high 9 ground balls. Tyler Butterfield and Robinson each had Hat Track for Lake as well.
The Leopards are now 2-1 against the Blue Streaks all-time. This was the first ever meeting in the series played at Lake.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next travel to Avon to take on the Eagles on Tuesday, April 4. JV will begin at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:00 PM.
