Louisville Defeats GlenOak in 18-Hole Match – Girls Golf

The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team defeated the host GlenOak Golden Eagles 329-396 in an 18-hole match at The Sanctuary Golf Club Tuesday. With the victory, Louisville keeps their perfect record at 6-0 on the season.
Erin Strouse shot a team best 80 to lead the Lady Leopards. Rounding out the Louisville scoring were Alexis Ralston 81, Madison Gruber 83, and Abby Davis 85.
Other LHS varsity participants included: Katie Bice 89, Lauren L’Amoreaux 104, and Peyton Biery 108.
Despite a decisive victory by the Leopards, it was the Golden Eagles who produced the match medalist. GlenOak’s Madison Reemsnyder shot a match low 74 to lead GHS.
Louisville is now 2-3 against GlenOak all-time which includes a 1-1 record when playing on the Golden Eagle’s home course. The Lady Leopards also defeated GlenOak in match play a week ago at Shady Hollow Country Club.
