Lingenhoel Group - Arden and Lisa Lingenhoel - Cutler Real Estate AdThe Boys Golf Team defeated the Benedictine Bengals on the front 9 of the Blue Course at Highland Park Golf Course Wednesday afternoon by a score of 183-195. Leading the Leopards was freshman Jack Mayle with a 41. Others scoring for the Leopards were Sam Karcher and Anthony Warner each with 46s while Ryan Aljancic came in with a 50.

My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdThe Bengals were led by Nick Vitintonio with a 46. Also scoring for Benedictine were Cory Misconish with a 49 and Michael Peltc and Ryan Plisko with 50 each.

The opening victory brings the Leopards to 1-0 on the young season while the Bengals fall to 0-3. The Varsity boys will return to action Friday in the Hillsdale Invitational at Mohican Hills Golf Course.

This is the first known match between Louisville and Cleveland Benedictine in boys golf.

UP NEXT: The Leopards will next compete in the Hillsdale Invitational on Friday, August 14. Match is set to start at 9:00 AM from Mohican Hills Golf Club.
