My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdThe Louisville Leopards Girls Tennis Team shutout the host Barberton Magics 5-0 Tuesday Evening. With their sixth straight shutout, the Lady Leopards are now 13-2 on the season.

Rachel Kibler won #1 singles by the perfect count of 6-0, 6-0 to lead Louisville. The Lady Leopards other singles players both won by the identical score of 6-1, 6-0. Jo Menegay won #2 singles and Sherilynn Mullett took #3 singles.

Louisville’s doubles teams also both won in two sets. The #1 doubles duo of Mandy Plaskett and Jade Thomas nipped the opposing Barberton squad in the first set before shutting them out in the second set to earn a 7-5, 6-0 victory. The #2 doubles team of Carleen Fouts and Bailey Menegay also won 6-4, 6-4.

The Leopards are now 5-0 against the Magics all-time since their first meeting in 2010. Louisville has outscored Barberton 24-1 in those contests and shut them out in their last four meetings overall. The six consecutive shutouts by the Lady Leopards is their most since 2013 when they produced seven shutouts in a row.
