Lady Leopards Make Magics Disappear 5-0 – Girls Tennis

The Louisville Leopards Girls Tennis Team blanked the host Barberton Magics 5-0 Monday at BHS. With the victory, Louisville evens their record at 1-1.

The Leopards won every match in straight sets and did not allow a single set point in three different match-ups. Tori Esposito earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory in #1 Singles and Jo Menegay also won a perfect 6-0, 6-0  in #3 Singles for Louisville. The Leopards team of Mackenzie Murphy and Mandy Paskett also dominated their #2 Doubles match 6-0, 6-0

Kennedy Keister also won in #2 Singles by the count of 6-2, 6-1. Louisville’s #1 Doubles Team of Kat Brown and Sherilynn Mullet were also victorious 6-0, 6-1.

This was the first meeting between the two schools since 2010. The Lady Leopards are now 3-0 against the Magics all-time.
