Leopards Tennis Earns 1st Win Over Dover Since 1992

The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis team snapped a 4-game losing streak against the Dover Tornadoes after earning a 4-1 victory Tuesday evening. Adam Sullivan and Jackson Frazier each won their singles matches in straight sets, while Michael Thomas barely fell in three sets.
The doubles teams of Vince Burwell & Daniel Thompson and Ryan Shepherd and Anthony Hoover also won in straight sets. The victory is Louisville’s first against Dover since May 6, 1992 when the Tornadoes were still in the NBC.
The Leopards will look to break another streak Thursday when they travel to GlenOak to take on the Golden Eagles. GlenOak has taken the last 15 matches from the Leps and leads the all-time series 20-8. After that Louisville will take on Canton South and West Branch to open up NBC play.
