Leopards Clinch NBC Outright to Claim 5th League Title in 6 Years

The Leopards Boys Tennis team swept the host Canton South Wildcats Monday evening 5-0 in rout to clinching the NBC Outright. Louisville won every match in straight sets.

With just two conference games remaining, the Leopards claimed the NBC title outright as Canton South picked up their third loss in league play. Louisville Boys Tennis has now amassed 9 Beatty's Sports Spring Sports 2013NBC Titles and 12 League Titles overall dating back to their days in the Federal League.

The Leopards have also claimed the conference title in 5 of the last 6 seasons. All five of those championships were won under the direction of Head Coach Rod Hall who surpassed legendary Louisville Head Coach Greg Parrish for NBC Tiles won. Hall is now 48-12 against the NBC and 81-38 overall as the Boys coach.

The Leopards have won 12 straight and haven’t lost since the opener against North Canton. Louisville is now 12-1 overall and 8-0 against NBC foes.
