Leopard Linksters Down South in Sixth Man Tie-Breaker

It took six scores to decide a winner Tuesday evening at Skyland Pines Golf Course after the game ended in a 176-176 tie. Both Canton South’s fifth player and Louisville’s fifth player also tied at 46-46. Finally, Leopards sophomore Lorenzo Maldanado’s score of 50 beat Canton South’s sixth players score of 51 to give Louisville the match.
Leading the Leopards on the evening was Hunter Williams who shot a 41. Rounding out the rest of the Leopards top scores were Patrick Watson (44), Matt Eddins (45), Adam Sullivan (46), and Dan Duplain (46).
The victory moved the linkster’s record to 3-5 overall and 3-4 in the NBC on season.
