Louisville Singles Carry Them to Win Over Lake 3-2 – Girls Tennis

The Louisville Leopards Girls Tennis Team edged the visiting Lake Blue Streaks 3-2 Monday at the LHS Tennis Courts. With the win, Louisville improves to 10-5 on the season.
The Leopards swept all three singles matches in straight sets to claim the match. Tori Esposito led the Louisville cause by dominating #1 Singles 6-0, 6-2. Kennedy Keister also won #2 Singles 6-1, 6-1 and Jo Menegay notched a 6-2, 6-2 victory in #3 Singles for LHS.
The Lady Blue Streaks took both doubles matches. Ball and Aten won #1 Doubles 7-5, 6-2. Ball and Miller were victorious in #2 Doubles 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).
The Leopards have defeated the Blue Streaks in 9 straight contests. Louisville now leads the all-time series 28-4 over Lake.
