Lady Leps Complete Set-Perfect Run Through the NBC

The Lady Leopards defeated the Marlington Dukes 5-0 Saturday morning to close out their third straight perfect run through the NBC. Louisville outscored NBC opponents this season 40-0 and also did not lose a single set during their run. The Lady Leps have now won 27 consecutive NBC matches.
Gretchen Groves, Alexis Isla, and Sam Pukys all won their singles matches by a count of 6-0, 6-0. Earning doubles victories for Louisville were Hannah Lemmon & Ciara Antonacci (6-1, 6-1) and Sarah Robbins & Lindsay Brindack (6-1, 6-2).
This is also the first ever Louisville Girls Tennis team to shutout all of the league opponents (including both past Federal League & NBC past seasons. Consequently their 80-0 set record is also a first.
