JV Baseball Upends Visiting New Philadelphia
JV: Louisville 10, New Philadelphia 1
The Louisville Leopards JV Baseball Team defeated the visiting New Philadelphia Quakers 10-1 Monday Evening at LHS. With the victory, Louisville improves to 18-3 on the season.
Brody Hahn and Issac Mathie each smashed 3-run doubles to lead the Leopards offensively. Dillon Deckerd also cracked a 2-run single and both Corey White & Zack Yadrnak each drove in runs by sacrifice fly.
On the hill, Cameron Prasco pitched a complete game, gave up 1 run on 7 hits, and struck out 5 to lead the Leopards. Prasco along with Nick Harsh finished with 2 hits each at the plate as well for Louisville.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next take on the Carrollton Warriors on Tuesday, May 4 at 4:30 PM. Varsity will be on the road at Carrollton, while JV & Freshman will host the Warriors.
