Girls Tennis Shuts Out West Branch, Stays Perfect in NBC

The Louisville Lady Leopards Girls Tennis team shutout the host West Branch Warriors 5-0 Thursday. With the victory Louisville has now won 10 straight dual matches and is 10-2 overall & 6-0 in the NBC.

The Leopards won ever match in straight sets. Gretchen Groves & Sarah Robbins won a perfect 6-0, 6-Beatty's Sports Long Sleeved Leopard Nation0. Kayla Pukys also took her #3 Singles match 6-0, 6-2.

The Louisville #1 Doubles Team of Alexis Pochubay & Jozie Scott was nearly perfect winning 6-0, 6-1. Finally the #2 Doubles Team of Lindsay Brindack & Natalie Richards also won 6-2, 6-1.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next competed in the Louisville Doubles Classic on Saturday, September 13 at 9:00 AM.
