Leopards Blow Past Tornadoes 177-235 – Girls Golf
Louisville 177, Dover 235
The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team blew past the visiting Dover Tornadoes 177-235 at Pleasant View Golf Club Thursday. Louisville is now off to their best ever start in team history with a mark of 5-0.
Madison Gruber and Karli Redinger both shot a match best 42 to lead the Leopards. Alexis Ralston also tallied a 45 and Erin Strouse a 48 to round out Louisville’s scorers. Katie Bice also finished with a 48 and Abigail Davis a 53 for the LHS Varsity.
The Tornadoes were led by Crone who shot a team best 44. Clarke also scored a 58, Garren shot a 59, and Ohligher a 74 to round out the Dover scoring.
The Leopards are now 2-0 against the Tornadoes all-time with both victories coming at home. Louisville also edged out Dover 180-182 on September 11, 2013 for the other win.
UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next host the New Philadelphia Quakers on Tuesday, August 28. Tee-time is set for 4:00 PM from Pleasant View Golf Club.
