Louisville Suffers 1st Loss Against Dover – Boys Golf

The Louisville Leopards Boys Golf Team fell to the visiting Dover Tornadoes 172-177 Wednesday at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. With the loss, Louisville drops to 2-1 on the season.
Sam Karcher and Zach Root each shot a team low 43 to lead the Leopards. Ryan Aljancic also carded a 45 and Jack Mayle a 46 for Louisville.

The Tornadoes were led by Carter Begue and Reese Klar who finished with a match low 42 each. Logan Downing also shot 43 and Dyland Grewell 45 to propel Dover to victory.
This is the first known meeting between the two schools in boys golf since they were both in the NBC back in 1992.
