Boys Cross Country Wins Michigan State Spartan Invitational
Louisville – 158 (1st Out of 39)
The Louisville Leopards Boys Cross Country team traveled out of state on Friday to compete at the prestigious Michigan State Spartan Invitational up in Michigan. Louisville came back with hardware as they took 1st Place out of 39 teams in the Boys Elite Race.
Noah Chaplik finished 7th individually with a time of 15:56 to pace the Leopards. Rounding out the top 5 for Louisville were Nick Chaplik (15th), Zach Fresenko (19th), Noah Murray (25th), and Logan Ison (105th).
Other Leopard runners included Miclos Hendricks who placed 144th and Seth Gronow who placed 201st. There were a total of 279 runners participating individually in the race.
