Leopards Fall to Spartans on Senior Night, Finish 5-7 – Boys Golf

Lingenhoel Group - Arden and Lisa Lingenhoel - Cutler Real Estate AdThe Louisville Leopards Boys Golf Team fell to the visiting Boardman Spartans 178-189 on Senior Night Monday at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. With the loss, Louisville finishes the regular season with a record of 5-7.

Senior Tommy Karcher shot a team best 45 to lead the Leopards. Rounding out the scoring for Louisville were Junior Ryan Aljancic 47, Freshman Sam Karcher 48, and Senior Logan Vanicek 49.

The Spartans were led by medalist Ryan Sam who shot a match low 40. Other scorers for Boardman included Justin Jones, Dale Nitzsky, and Luke Ryan who all shot 46 a piece.

Louisville honored their four Seniors for Senior Night. Those Seniors included Tommy Karcher, Justin Shafer, Logan Vanicek, and Logan Yadrnak. Leopard Nation would like to thank these Seniors for their hard work and dedication to the Louisville Boys Golf Program and wish them the best of luck in their future beyond high school!

My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdUP NEXT: The Leopards will next compete in the DI Sectional Tournament on Tuesday, October 1. First tee time is set for 8:30 AM from Tannenhauf Golf Club in Alliance. JV will conclude their season at the Black Tiger Invitational held at Brookledge Golf Club in Cuyahoga Falls on Saturday, September 28 at 8:00 AM.
