Louisville Divisional Sweepstakes Champions at Beavercreek – Speech & Debate
Although the LHS Speech and Debate team was split at Beavercreek and Wadsworth, they had an excellent weekend!
Louisville Divisional Team Champion at Beavercreek
At Beavercreek High School, LHS was the divisional team champion! We saw the Duo of Molly Wolfe and Morgan Callan achieving 2nd place. Callan also earned 2nd place in Humorous Interpretation earning a State Bid. Also in Humorous Interpretation, Wolfe earned 5th place. Also in 5th place, we have Sabrina Capito in Informative Speaking and Joey Duncan in Lincoln Douglas, who earned himself a bid to the state tournament.
In 7th place, we have Malayna Swope in Dramatic Interpretation and Brent Williams in Program Oral Interpretation—Maddie Bigham accomplished 8th place in Original Oratory. Finally, we have the finalist Gage Martin in Congressional Debate.
LMS Competitors Take High Ranks at Wadsworth
Now, moving on to Wadsworth, we saw our middle school competitors taking some high ranks with Natalie Wolfe earning 2nd place in Interpretation and Rachel Thatcher earning 6th in Interpretation. Great Job Leps! Enjoy your Thanksgiving break.
