Louisville Goes 5-1 at Alliance Invitational – Boys Soccer

The Louisville Leopards Boys Soccer Team finished 5-1 at the Alliance Invitational on Friday and Saturday. They defeated Lake Center Christian 2-1 and earned 4 shutouts for their other victories by defeating Triway 3-0, Ravenna 6-0, Poland 3-0, and Steubenville 3-0. Their only defeat came against Austintown Fitch 3-2.

Bailey Adams led the Leopards attack by scoring 12 goals throughout the invitational. Clayton McLaughlin also led Louisville with all four shutouts in goal.

In total, the Leopards outscored their opposition 19-3 over the weekend. Some other goal scorers included Riley Adams, Hunter Foley, and Bradley Terra.

UP NEXT: Louisville will continue the preseason next Saturday, July 29 with the annual Alumni Game. The varsity squad won the 2016 Boys Soccer Alumni Game 7-3 and lead the all-time series 2-1-1. Game time is set for 11:00 AM at Louisville Leopards Stadium.
