Louisville Splits Tri-Match with Geneva and Howland – Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team made quick work of the Geneva Eagles 25-19, 25-20 in the middle match of a tri-match at Howland High School on Saturday, October 4.

Dakota Gross led the attack with a team-best 9 kills for the Lady Leopards. At the service line, Emma Kroah led the way with 6 points and Aubrey Johnston finished with 2 aces.

Louisville was led on defense by Mabel Kiko who recorded a team-high 3 blocks. Karis Miglich and Carlee Rhome both finished with 5 digs each. Rhome also guided the offense with a team-leading 10 assists.

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team succumbed to a late second-set rally before falling to the host Howland Tigers 25-21, 26-28, 20-25 in the final match of a tri-match at Howland High School on Saturday, October 4.

Carlee Rhome led the Lady Leopards offense with 10 service points, 3 aces, and 20 assists. Dakota Gross also finished with a team-high 12 kills to lead the front row.
