Boys Tennis Downs West Branch, Most Wins Since 1977

The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis team concluded the regular season with a 4-1 road victory at West Branch Monday. With the win, Louisville finishes the season 18-5 overall and a perfect 10-0 in the NBC for the fourth consecutive season.
Jake Pukys won in #1 Singles a perfect 6-0, 6-0 to lead the Leopards. Nick Eneix also claimed victory in #3 Singles 6-1, 7-6 (7-5).
Both Louisville Doubles teams won in straight sets. Alex Hall & Kyle Robinson won #1 Doubles 6-1, 6-0 and the #2 Doubles team of Asa Herron & Zach Eddins also took their match 6-1, 6-3.
With the victory, the Leopards have now won 18 straight matches against the Warriors. Louisville leads the all-time series 57-4.
This also marks the Leopards fourth straight perfect 10-0 run through conference play. The Senior class becomes the first in LHS Boys Tennis history to go through their entire high school careers without a league loss. They have now won 41 straight NBC matches and 50 out of their last 51 overall.
The 18 victories ranks second most all-time in the history of the Louisville Boys Tennis program and the most in 39 years. Only the 1977 Leopards team that finished 19-3 won more matches.
