Louisville Sweeps Salem in Season Opener – Bowling
The Louisville Leopards Bowling Teams took on the Salem Quakers Wednesday in their season opener at Eastbury Bowling Center.
The Louisville Boys narrowly defeated Salem 2287-2276 to improve to 1-0. The Lady Leopards also earned a victory, beating the Lady Quakers 1880-1217 to begin their season 1-0.

Boys Varsity Bowling beats Salem 2287 – 2276. Landon Geisey led the Leopards with a 429 series, rolling games of 204 and 225. David Huff had an impressive 254 and 143 for a 397 series. Trent Beard contributed with 243 and 147 games for a 390 series. Trevor Glaser rolled games of 193 and 170 for a 363 series, while Zachary Grosenbaugh added a 187 game and Jonathan Horn had a 178. The Leopards also threw baker games of 157 and 186 to secure the narrow victory.

Girls Varsity Bowling beats Salem 1880 – 1217. Freshman Paige Beard led the Leopards with games of 196 and 145! Audrey Miculan also led with games of 183 and 158! Estrella Lopez-Cruz threw a 143 and 181. Abby Wenger had games of 167 and 155. Amanda Dejacimo rolled a 119 and Alyssa Lirgg threw a 94. The Lady Leopards rolled baker games of 192 and 147!
The Lady Leopards JV fell short against East Canton 1124-1216. Hannah Sizemore led the Leopards with games of 121 and 114!
