No School Again! Carrollton Closes, Louisville Follows

Early last night Carrollton closed school due to the ice storm.  Before 5:30 AM Louisville City Schools followed suit.   The Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service will remain in effect until 7:00 PM Wednesday Night for Stark County and their is a wind advisory in effect for Carroll County.  It is highly likely that all after school activites and sporting events will be cancelled to to the inclimate conditions. Both opposing schools, Carrollton and Marlington, for the Louisville athletic events today are closed. Here is a list of games that will more than likely be cancelled:

Boys Middle School Basketball vs. Marlington (orginally scheduled for 5 PM)

Girls Middle School Basketball at Marlington (originally scheduled for 5 PM)

Girls JV Basketball vs. Carrollton (originally scheduled for 6 PM)

Girls Varsity Basketball vs. Carrollton (originally scheduled for 7:30 PM)

The girls JV and Varsity basketball games vs. Carrollton have been rescheduled for Monday, February 7.  The JV will tip at 6:00 and the Varsity at 7:30.
