Leopards Even Record with Win Over Massillon 180-186 – Boys Golf

The Boys Golf Team defeated the Massillon Tigers by a score of 180-186 on a steamy afternoon at Sleepy Hollow on Wednesday.
Leading the Leopards was match medalist Justin Shafer with a 42. Also contributing to the victory were Logan Vanicek with a 43, Tommy Karcher with a 45, and Logan Yadrnak with a 50.

The Tigers were led by Nate Albrecht and Zac Tursky with 43 apiece. Rounding out the scoring for Massillon were T.J. Harper with a 47 and Kaleb Carey with a 53.
The win gets the Leopards back to .500 on the season at 4-4. The varsity boys will return to action tomorrow against Akron Firestone at J.E. Good Park in Akron at 4:00.
