Louisville Soccer Club Travel Team Results Week 2
Week 2 of the travel soccer season is in the books. In U9 action the D1 boys team defeated Rootstown 4-1 with Maddox Mayle contributing 2 goals.
In D3 U9 boys action there was a home and home series with Akron Metro Football Club, Louisville pulled off a 1-1 tie on Saturday in Akron and dropped a hard fought game 3-2 on Sunday Afternoon at Metzger park.
The U10 boys rolled along with a 5-0 win over Green Soccer club behind 3 more goals and a great assist by Beck Anderson,(pictured above) and stellar defense by Faiello, Benson, Avery and Keister. The U10 girls fell to Norton 5-2.
In U11 girls action the ladies defeated Cuyahoga Falls 1-0 behind a late goal from Sammie Beatty to remain atop that division.
The U12 boys traveled to Parma and won a tough game against Ternopil Academy 1-0 on a late penalty kick from Damien Lowder.
The U13 girls won a tough match against North Ridgeville 1-0. Also in U14 Boys action Louisville defeated CAK select 6-3 on Sunday Afternoon.
