Lady Leopards Split Tri With Marlington and West Branch – Girls Golf
Marlington 174, Louisville 211, West Branch 253
The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Golf Team participated in a tri-match with NBC foes Monday at Tannenhauf Golf Club. Louisville fell to the host Marlington Dukes 174-211, but defeated the West Branch Warriors 211-253. With those results, Louisville is now an even 6-6 overall and holds a 4-3 record against the NBC.
Alexis Beaver led the Lady Leopards by shooting a team low 49. Rounding out the scoring for Louisville were Karli Redinger 52, Madison Gruber 54, and Madyson Fowler 56.

The Lady Dukes remained an undefeated 9-0 overall and 5-0 in the NBC with the pair of wins. They were led by Headley and Warner who both finished with a match best 41. Engelhart and Kackley each tallied 56 for Marlington as well.
This was the inaugural match in the history of the West Branch Warriors Girls Golf program. West Branch was led by Papic who shot a team best 54. Others in the top four for the Lady Warriors included Sprague 60, Hovorka 67, and Zuchowski 72.
UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next travel to Salem to take on the Quakers on Tuesday, August 29. Tee-time is set for 4:00 PM from Salem Hills Golf Club.
