Louisville Leopards Vs. Woodridge Bulldogs 2020 Boys Basketball Highlights

The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Basketball Team defeated the Woodridge Bulldogs 52-45 as part of the Spectrum Orthopedics Classic at North Canton Hoover High School Saturday Night. With their third straight victory, Louisville is now 8-4 on the season.
Collin Chambers scored 12 of his game-high 14 points in the first half to lead the Leopards. Chamber was named player of the game for LHS. Colton Jones also drilled 3 three-pointers to finish with 13 and Scotty Gronow added 9 for Louisville.

The Leopards roared out of the gate again in taking a 20-12 lead after one. Louisville made 3 of their 7 three-pointers for the game while scoring 20 or more points in the opening period for the second straight night. The Leopards edged the Bulldogs 14-13 in the second quarter to extend their advantage to 34-25 at the half.
Woodridge began the second half on an 8-0 run to get to within 34-33. Louisville answered by closing the third quarter on a 9-2 run to take a 43-35 lead into the fourth quarter. A similar trend ensued as the Bulldogs scored the first 6 points of the final period to cut their deficit to 43-41 with 4:30 left. The Leopards followed with a 7-0 run to go up 50-43 with a minute to play and held their advantage to the end.
Woodridge (8-5) was led by Decker who made 3 three-pointers and matched Chambers with a game leading 14 points. Brandon Albright also scored 9 and Kyle Mottice added 7.
This was the first known meeting between the two programs.
UP NEXT: The Leopards will next travel to face the Marlington Dukes on Tuesday, January 21. JV will begin at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:00 PM.
