Leopards Rout Northwest 36-0 – Freshman Football

Quarterback Charlie Roberts ran for a touchdown, had a pick six, and also threw a touchdown pass to lead the Leopards offense. Roberts connected with Conner Morley for a 25 yard touchdown pass that put Louisville ahead 16-0 at the end of the first. Roberts later broke loose for a 70 yard touchdown run in the second quarter and returned an interception 50 yards for a touchdown to put the Leopards ahead 36-0 in the fourth quarter.
Louisville scored four first half touchdowns to take a 30-0 lead into the break. Jacob Davide opened the scoring with a 1 yard touchdown run. Jordan Cherry also found the endzone on a 42 yard run. Seth Anderson, Roberts, and Kyle Vesely also scored on first half conversion runs.
The Leopards defense did the rest in earning their first shutout of the season. With a thirty point advantage, the clock ran the entire second half.
The Louisville Freshman will look to secure a winning season when they host Massillon in their season final next Thursday.
