On the other end, Louisville ran the clock all the way down for the last shot. The West Branch defense clamped down forcing an NBA range three-point attempt in the final seconds. The shot clanked off the back of the iron and the game went into overtime.

The Warriors won the opening tip and Kayla Hovorka began the scoring with a left handed layup. The West Branch defense held on the other end and they continued add to their lead from the line.
