Lady Leopards Golf Picks Up 1st Victory Against Salem

The Louisville Lady Leopards earned their first victory of the season as they downed the visiting Salem Quakers 194-
247 at Skyland Pines Wednesday Afternoon. With the victory, Louisville is now 1-2 overall and 1-1 in NBC play.
Sierra Townsend again led the way for the Lady Leopards as she shot a 39 individually. Gabby Spehar also finished with 50, which topped the Quakers top score of 51 by Courtney Halter. Bailey Spring also finished with a score of 51 and Summer Walters a score 54 for Louisville.
The 194 team total the Lady Leopards best of the season. Louisville now leads the all-time series over Salem 5-2, which includes a 3-1 record at home.
