My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdThe Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Basketball Team fell to the visiting Green Bulldogs 61-44 Wednesday Night at Louisville High School. With the loss, Louisville drops to 6-9 for the season.

Sherilynn Mullett recorded a double double with a team-high 13 points and a game-high 10 rebounds to lead the Lady Leopards. Erin Hahn also hit double figures with 10 points to go along with 3 rebounds. Other top scorers for Louisville included Paige Cole and Maggie Galentine who tallied 5 points each.

The Bulldogs were led by three players who recorded double digit point totals. Kelsie Glass scored a game-high 17 points and pulled down 6 rebound to lead Green. She would finish 3 of 5 from beyond the arch and 8 of 9 from the charity stride as well. Olivia Payne also scored 15 points and Alyssa Ziehler tacked on 12.

The Bulldogs held a 31-23 advantage on the boards and shot 52% from the floor. Marissa Berlin was Green’s leading rebounder with 9 while Ziehler finished just behind her with 8.

The Leopards have now lost their past 4 meetings against the Bulldogs. They are now 3-7 against Green all-time, but 0-3 in the series when playing at Louisville.
