Louisville – 381 (4th Out of 15)

The Louisville Lady Leopards Girls Golf team placed 4th out of 15 teams at the Tri-County Preseason Tournament at Pleasant View Golf Course. Louisville finished with a team total of 381 Tuesday.

Sierra Townsend was named to the Tri-County Preseason Tournament’s first team after finishing fourth individually with a score of 80. Also scoring for the Lady Leopards were Bailey Spring 99, Summer Walters 100, and Aubrey Leone 102.

Dover was the team tournament champion finishing with a team total of 344. Canton Central Catholic (353) and Minerva (362) also finished ahead of Louisville. After falling to Carrollton on Monday, the Leopards got a bit of revenge by narrowly finishing ahead of the Warriors who placed 5th with a score of 384.

LEOPARDS SCORES: Sierra Townsend 80, Bailey Spring 99, Summer Walters 100, Aubrey Leone 102, Gabby Spehar 106, Abby Beaver 124. TEAM TOTAL = 381.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next host the Salem Quakers on Wednesday, August 13 at Skyland Pines Golf Course. Tee-time is set for 11:00 AM.
