The Louisville Leopards Boys Volleyball Team opened their 2025 season with a dominant straight-set victory over the visiting Fairless Falcons, winning 25-17, 25-13, 25-10 in their home opener Monday night at Louisville High School.
Junior outside hitter Brock Cole led the way for the Leopards, finishing with a team-high 9 kills and adding 4 service aces. Senior Kadan Swope also made a strong impact at the net with 8 kills, while freshman Evan Swope led the defense with 3 blocks. Sophomore setter Drew Lindner fueled the Leopards’ attack, racking up 11 service points to help pace Louisville’s offense.
The Leopards took control early, winning the first set 25-17 before stepping on the gas in the final two sets, allowing just 23 total points in the last two sets combined. Louisvilleās strong serving and net play proved too much for Fairless to handle as the Leopards cruised to a 3-0 sweep in their season opener.
Louisville is now 3-0 against Fairless all-time and 2-0 against them at home. The Leopards swept the Falcons last season.
