DIII Northeast Baseball District Tournaments
Louisville Leopards Baseball was voted the #14 seed in the DIII Northeast Tournament Draw and will host the #40 seed Maple Height Mustangs in the DIII Northeast 5 Sectional Finals at Andy Aljancic Field. The game is currently schedule for Thursday, May 21 at 5:00 PM, but will likely be moved to Wednesday, May 20 due to Louisville’s graduation that day.

Louisville Vs. Maple Heights Matchup
Louisville has never played Maple Heights before in baseball. The Mustangs are 5-7 according to games on MaxPreps and have no common opponents with the Leopards.
Potential District Matchups
The winner of this contest will play the winner of #41 seed Ashtabula Lakeside at #11 seed Canfield. The Leopards will play at Canfield on Monday for a regular season game, which would be the most likely matchup for the District Semifinals on Tuesday, May 26.
The #2 seed University School Preppers are the top ranked team in the Northeast 5 bracket and would be the most likely opponent if Louisville would advance to the district championship game on Thursday, May 28 at North Ridgeville. The Leopards defeated the Preppers 13-5 back on April 11.
