Leopards Leap Past Cardinals – Girls Lacrosse
Louisville 17, Cardinal Mooney 4
The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team blasted the visiting Cardinal Mooney Cardinals 17-4 Saturday Afternoon at Louisville Leopards 
Stadium. With the victory, Louisville remains undefeated at 3-0 on the season.
Katie Hollifield and Alexa Oberster both scored 4 goals each to lead the Leopards. Hollifield also fielded a team-leading 6 ground balls and Oberster provided an assist.

Kloe Mercorelli and Mandy Wesely both scored hat tricks for Louisville. Wesely also won 4 of 6 draws and tallied 2 assists. Other goal scorers 
included Maddie Bates, Haley Black, and Marissa Vick.
On defense, Celia Keefe finished with 8 saves in goal to earn the win. Black also fielded 5 ground balls and had an assist, and Wesely caused a turnover.
JV: Louisville 8, Cardinal Mooney 3
The Louisville Leopards Girls JV Lacrosse Team defeated the visiting Cardinal Mooney Cardinals 8-3 Saturday Afternoon at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the win, Louisville improves to 2-0.
Madison Kirby finished with a hat trick to lead the Leopards. Lauren Simon also scored 2 goals, won 5 of 8 draws, and fielded a team-high 4 ground balls for Louisville.
Tori Sharlow and Lana Ulrich each found the net for the Leopards as well.
Leah Meckel also had 6 saves in goal for LHS.
