Leopards Bowling Begins New Season on the Road

11/16: Early Bird Bowling Tournament

Boys – ??

My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdLeopards opened season with Stark County Early Bird Tournament. Chase Barstow led the Leopards with games of 210 and 245. Nick Phillip’s bowled 246 and 194. Garrett Chilson threw games of 167 and 180. Followed by Matt Darlinson with a 192 and 141. Tom Warner with games of 158 and 147. Caleb Shardy and Blake Yuhaniak had a strong showing by helping the Leopards advance in bakers.

Barstow won all tournament honors by placing 3rd individually. Phillip’s followed with a 4th place individual finish.

After two individual games and 10 bakers the Leopards finished with 3594 and made it into match play. Their run fell short against a tough Carrollton team.

Girls – 9th

The Lady Leopards had a strong showing at the Stark County Early Bird Tournament. Carleen Fouts led the ladies with games of 175 and 213. Chloe Sprout followed with 185 and 189. Grace Daugherty threw games of 143 and 147. AJ Harvey bowled a 141. Kami Nelson threw a 128. Alysa Thornhill had a 110. Meera Young threw a 94. The Lady Leopards threw 10 Baker games and ended with a 3063 total pin fall. The Lady Leps just missed the cut but had a solid 9th place finish.

11/19: Louisville Leopards at Massillon Tigers

Boys: Louisville 2421, Massillon 1863

Lingenhoel Group - Arden and Lisa Lingenhoel - Cutler Real Estate AdThe Louisville Leopard Bowling Team traveled to AMF Hall of Fame Lanes on Tuesday to take on the Massillon Tigers. Chase Barstow led the Leopards with games of 244 and 165. Matt Darlison followed with games of 173 and 214. Tom Warner threw a 234 and 145. Nick Phillips threw a 172 and 205. Blake Yuhaniak bowled games of 204 and 171. Caleb Shardy, Jacob House, and Garrett Chilson had a strong showing in bakers. The Leopards won 2,421 to 1,863 total pinfall.

The Louisville Leopard Boy’s JV Bowling Team won against Massillon 1771 to 1546 total pinfall. Randy Ellis led the team with a 166 game.

Girls: Louisville 1771, Massillon 1546

The Lady Leopard Bowling Team traveled to AMF Hall of Fame Lanes on Tuesday to take on the Massillon Tigers. The Lady Leopards won 1,771 to 1,546 total pinfall. Carleen Fouts led the Lady Leopards with games of 171 and 223. Chloe Sprout followed with a 161 and 181. Alyssa (AJ) Harvey threw a 143 and 137. Grace Daugherty bowled a 117 and 157. Kami Nelson rolled a 122 and Alysa Thornhill threw 104. Meara Young had a strong showing in bakers.

The Lady Leopard Girl’s JV Bowling Team won against Massillon 1,142 to 1,003 total pinfall. Marissa Hilson led the team with a 126 game.

11/21: Louisville Leopards at Claymont Mustangs

Boys: Claymontt 2301, Louisville 2178

The Louisville Leopard Bowling Team fell to the Claymont Mustangs on Thursday. Chase Barstow led the Leopards with games of 181 and 230. Matt Darlison followed with a 224 and 183. Jacob House rolled a 171. Blake Yuhaniak and Caleb Shardy threw a 152. Garrett Chilson bowled a 146 and Thomas Warner threw a 140. Nick Phillips rolled a 124. The Boys JV also fell to the Mustangs. Randy Ellis led the boys with a 165 game.

Girls: Claymont 2101, Louisville 1984

The Lady Leopard Bowling Team fell to the Claymont Mustangs on Thursday. Carleen Fouts led the Leopards with games of 159 and 197. Chloe Sprout followed with a 169 and 178. Grace Daugherty rolled a 152 and 128. Alyssa (AJ) Harvey rolled a 148 and 91. Alysa Thornhill threw 153 and Kami Nelson had a 130.

The Girl’s JV also fell to the Mustangs. Marissa Hilson led the ladies.


11/22: Louisville Leopards at GlenOak Golden Eagles

Boys: GlenOak 2852, Louisville 2488

The Louisville Leopard Bowling Team fell to the GlenOak Eagles on Friday. Chase Barstow led the Leopards with games of 210 and 236. Matt Darlison followed with a 205 and 185. Blake Yuhaniak threw a 179 and 174. Garrett Chilson bowled a 180 and Thomas Warner threw a 178 and 186. Nick Phillips rolled a 146. Jacob House and Blake Yuhaniak were big contributors to the baker games.

The Boys JV also fell to the Eagles. Travis Barton led the boys with a 143 game.

Girls: GlenOak 2527, Louisville 2293

The Lady Leopard Bowling Team fell to the GlenOak Eagles on Friday. Carleen Fouts led the Leopards with games of 206 and 188. Chloe Sprout followed with a 215 and 155. Grace Daugherty rolled a 126 and 182. Alyssa (AJ) Harvey rolled a 196 and 138. Alysa Thornhill threw 117 and Kami Nelson had a 118.

The Girl’s JV also fell to the Eagles. Marissa Hilson led the ladies with games of 145 and 124.
