Akron Football Strength & Conditioning Director Matt Gildersleeve to Speak at LHS
University of Akron Football Strength and Conditioning Director Matt Gildersleeve will be doing a two hour strength and conditioning lecture on Wednesday, April 25 from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Louisville High School Auditeria.
This event is free to all and is open specifically to any coach, athlete, parents, and school administrators. Gildersleeve is the youngest and one of the most successful Division I strength coaches in the country. There will be a Q&A session after the program.
