Chaplik Breaks LHS 800 Run Record at Jackson Twilight
Boys: Louisville – 29 (9th) | Girls: Louisville 9 (18th)
The Louisville Leopards Boys & Girls Track teams competed at the Jackson Twilight Invitational Friday Evening. The Boys finished with 29 points to take 9th out of 22 competing teams. The Girls finished with 9 points to finish 18th out of 21 competing teams.
Nick Chaplik finished third in the 800 Meter Run and set a new school record with a time of 1:56.55. His time eclipsed the previous LHS mark of 1:57.07 held by Jarod Williams in 2009.
Noah Chaplik also won the 3200 Meter Run with a time of 9:40.13 for the Leopards Boys.
