Louisville Leopards at West Branch Warriors Volleyball 2014 Video Highlights

Louisville 18-25-22-25-15, West Branch 25-20-25-17-13

The Louisville Lady Leopards won a thrilling five set Volleyball match over host West Branch 18-25, 25-20, 22-25, 25-17, 15-13 Thursday. With the victory, Louisville improved to 9-4 overall and 6-2 against the NBC.

Haley Shadle led the Leopards with a game-high 53 assists and was the game’s top server with 13 Beatty's Sports Yellow Long Sleeved Shirtpoints and 1 ace. Brynn Guist led the Louisville offense with a team-high 20 kills. Defensively, Emilly Hollifield posted a game-high 37 digs and both Hollifield & Sarah Lairson tallied 4 blocks each.

The Warriors were led by Lexington Pittman with 13 points serving, Pavin Heath with 37 assists, Sydney Townes with 25 kills, and Kaylee Manning with 29 digs. West Branch is now 7-6 overall and 5-3 in conference play.

Louisville has now taken 20 out of the last 21 matches in the series including the last 10 at West Branch.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next travel to Salem to take on the Quakers on Tuesday, September 23. JV will start at 5:00 and Varsity will follow at approximately 6:30.
