TENNIS: Leps Sweep Ravenna for 9th Straight Win

The Leopards boys tennis team won their ninth straight match after winning at Ravenna Monday evening.  The win is also Louisville’s sixth straight over Ravenna and the Leps lead the all-time series 16-2.

Louisville won by straight sets in every single match except for first singles. Jackson Frazier earned a double bagel victory (6-0, 6-0) in #2 singles. The doubles team of Vince Burwell & Daniel Thompson as well as #3 Single Anthony Hoover nearly achieved the same acomplishment winning their matches 6-0, 6-1.

Ryan Shepherd and Michael Thomas also won their #2 Doubles match and Adam Sullivan took his #1 Singles match in three sets to round off the Leopards victory.  Counting Monday’s victory, the Leopards tennis squad will be competing six straight days, facing two NBC foes during the stretch, and topping off the week by hosting the Doubles Classic Saturday.
