Leopards Shutout Dukes 6-0 – Baseball
Carson Davis pitched a complete game shutout and struck out 6 to lead Louisville to a 6-0 home win over Marlington. Davis Burick also drove in 3 runs and Anthony Carpico had a pair of RBI hits.

Corey White went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI & Tyler Adams finished 3-for-4 at the plate, but the Leopards fell to the Warriors 5-2 in their league opener.
Brendan Hoffman had a pair RBI hits and drove in 3 runs to lead the Leopards past the Falcons 5-4. Corey White also batted 2-for-3 and drove in the game-winning run with an RBI triple.
The Leopards fell to the Orangemen 9-7 in Game 1, but flipped the script for an 11-1 run-rule victory in Game 2. Cameron Prasco debut with a win on the mound & Jake Adams drove in 5 runs on the day.
Jake Pukys scored a team-high 18 points, Drew Noble scored 17 points, and Jake Adams added 13 points but it was not enough as the Leopards fell to the Aviators 65-62.
Adam Nyland batted 5-for-5 with 2 runs & 2 RBIs to lead the Leopards past the Warriors 12-3. Jake Adams & Stephen Kerzan each drove in a pair of runs for Louisville as well.
Tyler Adams & Dalton Deckerd each drove in a pair of runs to lead Louisville past host Salem 11-1 in 5 Innings. Krisztian Toth earned the win on the mound for the Leopards.
The Leopards defeated the host Blue Streaks for the first time since 2008 by the count of 8-5. Tyler Adams & Alex Hewitt each drove in 2 runs and Trevor Burk won earned the win on the mound.
Brock Haren drove in 3 runs & delivered a walk-off single in the bottom of the 8th in lifting the Leopards past the Wildcats 7-6. Alex Hewitt also struck out 8 on the mound for Louisville.
Stephen Kerzan’s seventh inning single lifted Louisville to a 6-5 win in the first game and the Leopards shutout the Orangemen 11-0 in game 2. Joe Crank finished the day with 4 RBIs.
