Swimming District Qualifiers Announced

The individual qualifiers for the District Swim Meet were announced Sunday afternoon. The boys will compete on Friday at 3:00 PM, while the girls meet is on Saturday at noon. Both teams will compete at Cleveland State’s Robert F. Busbey Natatorium. Here are the qualifiers from our very own Louisville Leopards:
Boys District Qualifiers:
Matt Campbell – 50 Freestyle – qualifying time was 23.29 and the 100 Freestyle – qualifying time was 51.29.
Scotty Valentine – 100 Butterfly – qualifying time was 59.12 and the 200 Individual Medley 2.17.27.
200 Freestyle Relay – qualifying time was 1.39.01 and 400 freestyle relay – qualifying time was 3.39.52. The team members on both relays were Matt Campbell, Scotty Valentine, Michael Stillwagon and Brad Chapman.

Girl District Qualifiers:
Stephanie Brookens – 50 Freestyle – qualifying time was 25.67 and the 100 Freestyle – qualifying time was 56.44.
Becky Mann – 200 Freestyle – qualifying time was 2.06.99
Stephanie Horton – 100 Breastroke – qualifying time was 1.15.78
Brittany Yu – 100 Butterfly – qualifying time was 1.06.21
