The Louisville Leopards Varsity Wrestling Team made quick work of the host Marlington Dukes 59-18 
Thursday Evening at MHS. With the victory, Louisville remains unbeaten in the NBC at 3-0.
The Leopards were led by 7 different wrestlers who earned pins during the contest. They included Satchel Strickmaker (152), Jesse Curlutu (182), Jimmy Leonard (195), Chase Lautzenheiser (285), Logan Vanicek (106), Ryan Jakubiak (120), and Jax Leonard (138).
Louisville won the first six match-ups of the evening to take a 29-0 lead. After surrendering the 220 match to Marlington, the Leopards won the next four bouts by either pin or forfeit to pull ahead 53-6. Other wins by Louisville included Michael Seaman (145) and Brock Mehl (160) by major decision, Jager Kendrick (170) by decision, and Andy Graham (113) by forfeit.
All three of the Dukes wins came via pin. Winners included Austin Carper (220), Errick Gerback (126), and Dylan Hooker (132).

Middle School: Louisville 45, Marlington 33
Congratulations to the Louisville Middle School Wrestling Team for defeating the Marlington Dukes Thursday Night. This match did not stay close long as at one point the Leopards had a sizable 30-9 lead. Marlington battled back in the end but the Leopards were just too much for the Dukes winning 45-33. The Dukes have a strong team, but the Leopards showed they were ready last night and came out swinging with multiple pins early.
Winning for the Leopards were Josh Hoffman, Charlie Simpson, Colton Dugan, Josiah Walker, Dale Stauffer, Davin Rhoads, Dan Kennedy, Austin Stauffer, and Noah Peterson. Congratulations again to the entire team on a great team effort and a solid win in the NBC against a very good team.
