Leopards Track Qualifies for State in Three Events
Several Louisville Leopards Track Members competed at the DI Austintown Regional Meet on Wednesday & Friday. The Leopards qualified for State in 2 individual events and 1 relay event. Overall the Boys scored 6 points to finish tied for 28th out of 42 teams that scored. The Girls finished 19th out of 36 teams that scored and finished with a final score of 11.
Mitch Cavalier led the Boys by finishing third in the High Jump with a height of 6-04. Devin Kring led 
the Girls individually by placing fourth in the 300 Meter Hurdles with a time of 45.55. Kring was also part of the Girls 4×100 Meter Relay that finished third with a time of 49.02. Adriana Beaver, Courtney Guiley, and Lizzy Mont made up the other three members of the relay team.
These individuals will compete at the DI State Track & Field Championships Meet on Friday and Saturday. See Full Results from the Regional Meet in the link below.
UP NEXT: Those that qualified will compete at the State Track & Field Championships Meet on June 6-7 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium in Columbus.
