The Louisville Lady Leopards improved to 7-0 on the season with a 7-1 victory over the host Massillon Tigers at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium Monday. Lizz Stefanik scored two goals in a match that featured six different Louisville players scoring.

Rachel Baughman started the scoring just 2:39 into the contest off of an assist by Sami Keefe. The goal Beatty's Sports Leopard Skin Grey Hoodiewas Baughman’s 13th of the season. Stefanik would then add her first goal of the contest four minutes later via a penalty kick. A Massillon hand-ball inside the penalty box setup the PK.

Stefanik then setup the next goal by beginning a flurry of passes. Stefanik found Nicole Thompson in the penalty box who booted a pass off of Baughman and over to Lizzy Mont. Then Mont kicked the ball into the left side of the net for her fourth goal in as many games. Devin Kring would then add the fourth goal of the contest via an assist from Keefe to put Louisville up 4-0 at halftime.

It took just 24 seconds for the Lady Leopards to get on the board in the second half as Keefe booted home a shot from the top of the penalty box and into the top-right corner of the net to make it 5-nil. Samantha Kibler would follow by scoring her first goal of the season 10 minutes later.

The final Louisville goal came off of a give-and-go corner kick. Stefanik kicked the ball to Kayla Shankel, who also assisted Keefe’s goal earlier, and Shankel kicked the ball back to Stefanik. She then left-footed the ball into the opposite side of the net to put the Lady Leps up 7-0 with 19:00 left.

The Tigers would score a goal late off of a free kick, but the damage had already been done and Louisville won 7-1. The Lady Leps outshot the Lady Tigers 46-3 including 27-0 in the first half. With the victory, the Lady Leopards are now 10-0 against the Lady Tigers all-time which includes a 5-0 mark at Massillon. Louisville has outscored Massillon 50-4 in those contests.
