Pavin Parks threw 6 first half touchdown passes as the JV Leopards built a 44-0 lead with 8:12 left in the second quarter.  AJ Minster and Andy Minster also caught two touchdowns each during Louisville’s rout of Salem at Louisville Leopards Stadium Saturday.  With the victory the JV Squad finishes the season at 8-1 overall and an undefeated 7-0 in NBC play.

Beatty's Sports 2012 Football ShirtBryce Mathie and Kyle Woost caught the other two touchdown grabs for Louisville.  The Leopards also converted on 4 two point conversions.  Parks completed a pass to Woost for the first conversion, Joe Crank completed to Ryan Lautner for the second, AJ Minster ran in the third, and Crank’s two-point run in the second quarter made it 44-0 Leps.

On defense, Josh Bailey recovered a fumble and Zach Shea intercepted a pass for the Leps only takeaways.  At the end of the contest, Salem drove down to the Louisville 2 yard line before Austin Shaheen tipped away the final Quaker pass to preserve Louisville’s first shutout of the season since the opening game against Canfield (28-0).

NOTE: Both teams agreed to run a continuous 8 minute clock for the final two quarters.  The game ended before 11:30 AM.
