With the team match already decided, the two players played out a rare Super Tie Breaker instead of playing a full third set due to time restraints. Madison ended up victorious 10-8 in the tie-breaking set to complete the sweep for the Unicorns.
Also winning singles matches for CSG were Steph Presper and Rosie Gliatis. In Doubles Action, the teams of Ally Kennedy & Grace Weiler and Helen Hoag & Ayla Kazemi were also victorious for the Unicorns.
This was the first known match between the schools in their history.
UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next host the Lake Blue Streaks on Tuesday, August 16 at 4:00 PM.
