Girls Soccer Nullifies Northwest in Opening Scrimmage

The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Soccer Team kicked off the preseason with a 6-1 scrimmage win 
over the visiting Northwest Indians at the Louisville Soccer Field Thursday Evening.
Hannah Baughman notched a pair of goals and added an assist to lead the Leopards. Brianna Horton also found the net and added an assist for Louisville.
The Lady Leopards took a 2-0 halftime lead before adding four more goals in the second half. Other scorers for Louisville included Maddie Berkebile, Kayla Gibson via an assist from Horton, and Megan Chatelain. Baughman provided the assist on Chatelain’s wild jump kick goal that put an exclamation point on a dominate Lady Leopards performance.
