Girls Soccer Edged by Nordonia to End Preseason

Nordonia 3, Louisville 2

The Louisville Lady Leopards Girls Soccer team fell to the host Nordonia Knights 3-2 in scrimmage play Wednesday Evening. With the loss, Louisville ends the preseason with a 1-3 record.

Maddie Berkebile and Brianna Horton each scored goals for the Leopards. Berkebile deflected the ball into the goal off an assist from Hannah Baughman. Horton scored off Celia Keefe’s corner kick after a brief scramble in the box.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next open up the season at Manchester when they take on the Panthers on Saturday, August 22 at 7:00 PM.
