Louisville Leopards Girls Golf Team 2016 in Cart

The Louisville Leopards Girls Golf team went undefeated this past week in picking up four more victories. With the wins, Louisville is now 12-1 overall and also stays in the NBC race with a conference mark of 8-1.

September 8: Louisville 163, Carrollton 184

The Louisville Leopards defeated the visiting Carrollton Warriors 163-184 at Pleasant View Golf Club this past Thursday.

Sierra Townsend shot a team low 37 to lead the Lady Leopards. Also scoring for Louisville were Abby JennCanAdBeaver 40, Alexis Beaver 42, and Karli Redinger 44.

The Warriors were led by Grace Bartlow who shot a team low 39. Rounding out the Carrollton scoresheet were Emily Kean 45, Josie Townsend 49, and Abby Shockey 51.

LEOPARDS SCORES: Sierra Townsend 37, Abby Beaver 40, Alexis Beaver 42, Karli Redinger 44. TEAM TOTAL = 163

September 7: Louisville 193, Minerva 217, Canton South 244

The Louisville Leopards won a tri-match at Spring Valley Golf Course in East Sparta this past Beatty's Sports Louisville Ohio Leopards Athletics Navy Blue ShirtWednesday. Louisville defeated the host Canton South Wildcats 193-244 in a conference match and also downed the Minerva Lions 193-217 in a non-league match.

Abby Beaver led the Leopards by shooting a team low 45. Rounding out the scoring for Louisville were Sierra Townsend 47, Alexis Beaver 49, and Karli Redinger 52.

Jordan Vanmeter shot a match low 41 to lead the Lions and Morgan Poling shot a team low 52 to lead the Wildcats.

The match was a conference match between Minerva and Canton South. The Leopards and Lions will meet for an unprecedented fourth time on Tuesday, September 13 for their second conference meeting.

UP NEXT: The Leopards will next travel to Minerva to take on the Lions for a fourth time this season. This match will count as their second conference meeting of the season. Tee-Time is slated for 4:00 PM at Edgewater Golf Course.
